Agree with most, but disagree with this "Men are less equipped to deal with a world based on “soft” skills". Althoug men love things, men are also beilliantly equiped to soft skills. We are the majority of partners at Big Law and consultsncy firms f.e.

The problem is: 1. Nobody has advised men in the change on Jobs and 2. nobody has cared about male education in DECADES. Education is completly feminised un early years and this has proven a huge provlem.

Perhaps but I also think corporate politics is anti masculine, and something most men want nothing to do with. It is also not real economy.

Deindustrialization has crippled male socio-economic power. What remains is a largely feminized administrative and highly service based economy.

Thanks for the note.

Corporate polítics has always been masculine. Until we had to put women because of DEI. Women were the secretaries. And we had to put Karens in leasing possitions.

What I agree is that corporate was linked to industry. And not anymore.

But still, in finance, most of the possitions are held by men. In law, the same (until you apply DEI).
