Try living and working there. Gets tired pretty quickly. They have what they have but they're too psycho to progress. Good for a visit or as a base for running a laptop business, but don't expect deep conversations either with the locals or the falangs. I recommend Hua Hin as a secret spot. Avoid Pattaya ... done and cooked.
