250 years is the benchmark lifespan of a country (as an unified political entity). In China, the major dynasties lasted about 250 years each. At this point, the rust in the political and economic system has reached the point beyond fixing. A clean slate is needed. Typically a violent revolution is needed for the rebirth of a new system. the US is at the point today where the old is dead but the new is still born.
Yes - some good points here but do not forget that what makes distinguishes the West is its volcanic dynamism.
Americans are waking up, as are Europeans and an explosion in a new direction is imminent. Something like the Reformation of Luther or the French Revolution is about to unfold.
Great post, the Dollar has to die because this is the only identity Americans have that ties “us” together and keeps the boomer 1980’s thriller Amerika going when that goes the question of what makes Americans Americans will be at the forefront; race, religion, language, this is when the kulturkampf will be decided by those that value blood over paper.
Operation sandman maybe less of a schizophrenic gold bug fever dream and more of a reality when the bond market goes no bid and our financial systems goes Ice 9 like the soviets of yesteryear. We have only vassals and no friends and internally we find that the barbarians are inside the walls of the great city on the hill.
Food, precious metals, bullets and the most undervalued commodity of all trusted friends will decide who will make it to the next American chapter.

Getting rid of a lot of it is what gives the hope that the good people can make it through the tribulations surely to come in the near future.
